Weight this morning: 174.6 (up 3.2 from yesterday)



Food Log:
  • lunch - philly steak sandwich, salad
  • dinner - spicy chicken sandwich, beer  (64)
  • snack - granola thin (80), nerd rope (90), special k vanilla almonds with silk
  • energy - sugarfree red bull (20), 5hr energy (4)
Work Out Log:
  • treadmill (run - 13:22/mile) - 20 minutes, 200 calories burned
Total time - 20 minutes
Total calories burned - 200
