This is going to be a short post. I don't have much to say. Today was just a bad day all around. I was having some personal drama and it was really stressful. I ended up very hurt in the process. Usually I'm not a stress eater, but for some reason, this time I was. The food sounded good, but I didn't have an appetite. I didn't care. I ate it anyway. And I'd planned on going to the gym but after everything happened, I said "screw it" and decided not to. I know, I'm only punishing myself in the long run. :/

I'm not usually a stress eater, but today I gave into temptation.
We all have days where we just say "forget it!" Sorry that you had such a rough day. It's those days that make us stronger, though!
