Weigh Ins

When I first started tracking my weight, I weighed in on Mondays because it was my day off.  My schedule ended up changing and then had Fridays off, so I changed my weigh in day to that day.  It was just easier for me to weigh in at the same time each week when it fell on my day off.  Plus, it was kind of nice to not weigh in after a weekend, because the weekends tend to be harder for me to stay on track since we're on the go a lot.

In 2009, during my first year of loss, I apparently hit a rough patch and just stopped weighing after July.  But I picked it up again the next year and had pretty continuous weigh ins each week.

During my pregnancy with Ben in 2010-2011, I didn't track my weight very often.  My scale had stopped working, so was only able to weigh at my doctors office, which explains the sporadic weigh ins that year.




2009 Weigh Ins - 270lbs to 231lbs
2010 Weigh Ins - 224lbs to 177lbs
2011 Weigh Ins - 175lbs to 181lbs
2012 Weigh Ins - 175lbs to 179lbs

January 2013
01/01 - 179.8 (16 weeks pregnant)

February 2013
02/27 -195.6 (24 weeks pregnant)

March 2013
03/06 - 195.2 (25 weeks pregnant)

April 2013
04/01 - 203.6 (29 weeks pregnant)
04/08 - 201.4 (30 weeks pregnant)
